High Intensity Cardio-Strength Workouts

With wet, cold and windy days these weekly workouts have helped me keep my cardio workouts going on the days it falls below the 30's.

This is what myself and another trainer did today.



3 Rounds of the Circuit

Box Jumps 15 reps
Assisted Pull Ups 15 reps
Push Ups 15 reps

Push Fitness Sled or Barbell Plates stacked on a towel Push across the length of a group ex room 4x
Sprints High Incline/High Speed 2 min

After you finish the circuit do a 30 min run on the treadmill or if you despise running on the treadmills hit the bike or elliptical
