Food Journal: Tuesday, January 21, 2014

6:15 am Breakfast: Organic Oatmeal, Organic Frozen Mixed Berries and Walnuts with water added only.























12:00 pm Snack: Apples and Smucker's natural peanut butter.























Lunch/Dinner: Yeah I slip up sometimes. And I guess the two slices of pizza (around 4:00 pm) after the weather report bulldozed my Dr.Oz air time could constitute as lunch! 6:00 pm meal: Pork Chop with curried Lentils and Spaghetti squash. Plus, a salad.
