Food Journal: Wednesday, January 22, 2014

11:30 am Late Breakfast: Veggie Scrambled Eggs with Orange Bell Pepper, yellow onion and broccoli. Plus, baked sweet plantain.

3:00 pm Late Lunch: Curried chicken and spaghetti squash. Plus, mixed greens, broccoli and carrot salad.

9:00 pm Late Dinner: Pork Chop with curried spaghetti squash and lentils. Plus, mixed greens and broccoli.
