7:00 am Breakfast: Jay Robb Egg White Protein mixed with water, two slices of apple, carrots and spaghetti squash guts.
10:00 am Snack: Apples and Peanut Butter
1:00 pm Lunch: Pork Chop with Spaghetti Squash and Sweet Potato.
4:00 pm Snack: Lightly salted Plain Popcorn.
6:00 pm Dinner: Mixed Green Salad with broccoli, beets and shrimp. Forgot to take a picture of this! Rushed off to class with it in hand! And then grabbed a water and Snickers bar on break.... I had to meet the $5 credit card minimum!!
